Have you heard about of Skali?? My first impression of hearing it was “first time”. What’s up with first time? Actually its a company that will train you and give you a job. Its latest project is Spike (short for Skali Pioneers and Innovators in Knowledge Economy) that involves training graduates in the Managed Portal Services (MPS) project, which involves the maintainance and upgrading of government websites.
